Submission Details

Manuscripts should be in English, not exceeding 5 double-column pages (overlength pages will be charged for), and formatted using the IEEE paper templates available at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/authors/transjnl/index.html. Papers need to be uploaded to the EDAS system. The submission track will be announced shortly. Full papers should be submitted April 11, 2008.  

Papers will be reviewed by the program committee for their technical merit, originality, significance, readability, and relevance to the workshop. Emphasis will be given to papers extending VoIP technology to novel areas, as well as to papers coming from industry. Authors will receive notification of acceptance/rejection by May 19.
