Maria G. Chroni_
Teaching and Laboratory Staff
Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering
I am a computer scientist and I work as a Teaching and Laboratory staff at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Ioannina. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Ioannina, Greece, and my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Computer Science from the same institution. I have also graduated with honours from the Department of Early Childhood Education, University of Ioannina. I have served as adjunct lecturer under the program "Acquisition of Academic Teaching Experience", where I taught the courses "Information Hiding Techniques" and "Advanced Algorithms and Data Structures" at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Ioannina. My research interests are in design and analysis of algorithms, algorithmic graph theory, and information hiding. In this area, I have proposed several algorithmic techniques for watermarking software, image, audio, and text files. My research interests are extended in applications of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Education.
