The 7th Balkan Olympiad on Informatics (BOI '99) is organized by the Computer Science Department, University of Ioannina, and the Greek Computer Society (GCS) and will be held in Ioannina, Greece, from August 22 to August 27, 1999. The event is financially supported by the University of Ioannina, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Macedonia-Thrace.
